Warbie Rentals – How the Rental Process Works

- Book a Try-On Appointment
- All rentals are by appointment only.
- Book a fitting consultation to try on dresses and find the perfect style for your event.
- Minor size adjustments (up or down by one size) can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Pay the Consultation Fee
- A rental consultation fee (e.g. R250) is required to secure your fitting session.
- If you proceed with a rental, this fee is deducted from your final invoice.
- Select Your Dress
Once you have chosen your dress and your event date is confirmed, your rental order will be prepared.
- Pay Rental Fee + Refundable Deposit
You will pay:
- The rental fee (varies per dress), and
- A refundable breakage/security deposit (usually equal to the rental fee).
The deposit is refunded once the dress is returned in the agreed condition.
- Collect & Wear
Collect your gown before your event and enjoy your special occasion.
- Return & Deposit Refund
Return the dress by the agreed date and time.
Once inspected and approved, your breakage deposit will be refunded.
Important Information
- Rentals are strictly by appointment only
- Limited alterations are available at an additional cost
- Deposits are fully refundable if the dress is returned undamaged
